A thriving commercial district requires well-maintained buildings with attractive and accessible storefronts. Our two commercial buildings offer these attributes and have served as anchors for their respective intersections in Dudley Square.
2201 Washington Street
Formerly the Woolworth Building, this 48,000 square foot commercial space was completely renovated in 2001. Located in the heart of the Dudley Square shopping district, the building consists of a mix of retail and office space. Four commercial office tenants provide jobs to over 150 employees and attract almost 300 visitors daily to the business district.
Hibernian Hall
After being vacant for over a decade, Hibernian Hall underwent a full renovation in 2005. The building now serves as home to MPDC as well as several other businesses and not-for-profit organizations. In addition, Hibernian Hall's 2,600 square foot ballroom serves as the permanent home for the cultural and arts programs of MPDC. To learn more, click here.
