Hibernian Hall is a versatile facility with a grand ballroom and a separate meeting room, offering an ideal venue for a wide range of civic and cultural events. Driven by its mission in arts and cultural programming, Hibernian Hall is a flexible space for stage productions, artists’ showcases, film screenings and cultural celebrations. The ballroom is available for community presentations in music, dance, theater, film/video, and spoken-word performance art, accommodating audiences up to 250 persons.
 
The broader mission of its parent company, Madison Park Development Corporation (www.madison-park.org), is supported through use of the facility by other non-profit organizations. Hibernian Hall hosts fundraisers, community meetings, civic engagement forums, political events, award banquets, and business expositions. 
 
In its third-floor setting, the historic ballroom has 3,600 square feet of useable space and retains its original architecture of high ceilings, hardwood flooring, and ten arched windows that offer a panoramic view of Boston’s skyline. In addition to tables and chairs, amenities include a dressing room, adaptable staging and seating platforms, audio/visual equipment, Wi-Fi access, and window shades that can be opened and closed with the touch of a button.

Catering 

Hibernian Hall has a fully equipped kitchen that is leased to Ethnica Gourmet Catering as an independent company. Ethnica Gourmet is available to provide your catering needs, but is not the exclusive caterer for Hibernian Hall events. Although rental clients are welcome to bring in a caterer of choice, financial arrangements must be made with Ethnica Gourmet if an outside caterer needs access to the kitchen. For more information contact George Huggins of Ethnica Gourmet at Ethnicarib@gmail.com or 781-963-2517.

Effective in 2014, Hibernian Hall changed its business model to discontinue private social functions. Due to increasing activity in the performing arts, Madison Park Development Corporation no longer offers the ballroom for weddings, receptions, baby showers, or parties to celebrate birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, and retirements. This is not an exhaustive list, just a sampling of the most common types of private events that have been held here in the past.
