Hibernian Hall is a versatile event venue with a grand ballroom and gallery that offer a blend of the old, the new and the beautiful, creating a perfect venue for a wide range of civic and cultural events.
 
Anchored and driven by its mission in arts and cultural programming, the Hall is an ideal venue for small to medium stage and dance productions, artists’ showcases and cultural celebrations among them.  
 
The broader mission of its parent company, Madison Park Development Corporation,, is supported through the Hall’s mission valued line of business.  This line of business includes rental of the grand ballroom and gallery to other non-profit organizations that have formally achieved 501[c][3] designation.  The Hall is an ideal venue to host non-profit organization fundraisers and celebrations, community meetings, civic engagement and political events, award banquets, tradeshows, staff/board/volunteer retreats and trainings. 
 
From its 3rd floor setting, the historic grand ballroom has 3,600 square feet of useable space and retains its original architecture of 20-foot ceilings, hardwood flooring, window seats, and 10-foot arched windows that offer a panoramic view of Boston’s scenic skyline. Amenities include a contemporary yet warm color palette, a stage with Marley flooring, audio/visual and projection equipment, Wi-Fi, tables, chairs, lighting and electric shades that can be opened and closed with the touch of a button.
 
The conference room, a more intimate space located across the hall from the grand ballroom, is ideal for artists’ showcases, private dinners, and meetings.  Its features include picture railing, a projector, Wi-Fi, white board, tables, chairs, and wall-to-wall carpeting.

CATERING:
 
Hibernian Hall has a fully equipped kitchen that it leased by an independent caterer, Ethnica Gourmet.  Ethnica is available to provide your catering needs, but they are not the exclusive caterer for Hibernian Hall events.  Although rental clients are welcome to bring in a caterer of choice, financial arrangements must be made with Ethnica for use of the kitchen.  For more information contact George Huggins of Ethnica Gourmet at Ethnicarib@aol.com or 781-963-2517.
 
PLEASE NOTE:
 
Effective January 1, 2014, Hibernian Hall changed its rental model to discontinue its social rentals line of business.  Hibernian Hall no longer rents the venue for weddings, receptions, baby showers, birthday parties, dance parties, or hair/fashion shows.  This is not an exhaustive list, just a sampling of the most common types of events that have been held here in the past.
